Demolition, site work and paving for a civil project in Drake, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; for site work for a water / sewer project; and for paving for a water / sewer project.

The Project generally includes the following Work: Existing lift station demolition, new lift station construction, approximately 1,200 lf of 3" HDPE force main, approximately 800 lf of 12" steel cased bore under the Canadian Pacific Railroad, connection to existing City of Drake sanitary sewer, asphalt removal and replacement and site restoration. Owner anticipates that the Project's total bid price will be approximately $325,000 with an expected duration of 100 days. The bid security must be in a sum equal to five percent (5%) of the full amount of the bid and must be in the form of a bidder's bond. A bidder's bond must be executed by the bidder as principal and by a surety, conditioned that if the principal's bid is accepted and the contract awarded to the principal, the principal, within ten days after notice of the aware, shall execute a contract in accordance with the terms of the bid and the bid bond. If a successful bidder does not execute a contract within the ten days allowed, the bidder's bond must be forfeited to the City of Drake and the project awarded to the next lowest responsible bidder.
