generally consisting of the construction of approximately 5,360 linear feet of stream restoration, a rain garden, and a recreation trail located in Forty Fort Borough, Luzerne County, PA a. The concrete spillway will need to be cleaned out and the trash rack and screen will need to be pressure washed. b. A note will be added for debris screens on Drawings. Contract No. 2024-15.1 Bids shall be on lump sum and unit price bases, with add alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Each Bid, when submitted, must be accompanied by a Bid Security in an amount equal to 10% of Bidder's maximum Bid price to be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders, and include forms, qualification statements, affidavits and certifications, as more particularly listed in the Bidding Documents. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance Bond, and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Price. Questions Due Date: Jun 6th 2024, 5:00 PM EDT WVSA reserves the right to reject any or all Bids and to waive informalities in the Bidding. Substantial Completion April 15, 2025 c. Final Completion May 1, 2025
