The following project: FURNISH AND DELIVER SPARE AERATOR FABRICATIONS PROJECT #03-24 This project is to furnish and deliver spare Aerator Fabrications for WVSA aeration reactors. Most of the fabrications are weldments constructed from 316 stainless steel (angles, formed channels, flats, plates, square tube, pipe, etc.). All fabrications are to be manufactured in accordance with WVSA provided detailed fabrication drawings, assembly drawings and bill of materials. Quantities for each item are listed on the Proposal Form. This project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act. Bids must be accompanied by bid security in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid, made payable to Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority. At the option of the Bidder, the Bid Bond may be a certified check, bank draft, U.S. Government Bond (at par value) or a Bid Bond on the form provided in the contract documents. Wyoming Valley Sanitary Authority reserves the right to reject or accept any or all bids, and to waive any informalities, defects or irregularities, or any part or parts thereof. There will be NO pre-bid meeting for this project. Questions must be submitted to WVSA Representative via email or phone. Contact information is included in the contract documents. The successful contractor will have one hundred twenty (120) days to complete the entire project after receipt of the Notice to Proceed from WVSA.
