The Project consists of but is not limited to construction of a new suction lift style pump station with building and all site improvements to replace the existing Dairy Road Pump Station, demolition of the existing pump station, and construction of approximately 161 feet of 24" sanitary sewer piping, 177 feet of 8" sanitary sewer piping and associated manholes and appurtenances, construction of approximately 50 feet of 16" force main piping and appurtenance. The Project also includes approximately 114 feet of stream bank restoration adjacent to the existing Dairy Road Pump Station. Question Deadline 07/03/2024 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal Bid security in the form a Certified Check or Bid Bond shall be furnished with the bid in an amount not less than 10%. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted via online in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Telephone inquiries are unacceptable. North Cornwall Township reserves the right to waive any defects, errors, omissions, mistakes, informalities, to accept any bid or combination of bids that are deemed to be in the best interest of the North Cornwall Township and to reject any or all proposals. General Construction $3,700,000 to 3,900,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
