Site work and new construction of a pre-engineered storage facility in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. Completed plans call for the construction of a 1,024-square-foot, one-story above grade pre-engineered storage facility; and for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility.

The Charlottetown Pollution Control Plant (CPCP) is requesting qualified builders to provide a quotation to construct a new storage building. The lump sum price to include supply and installation of the following items: o Building excavation, trenching, backfilling, placement and compaction of pipe bedding, select borrow, and granular material, grading, and reinstatement. o Storm pipe, catch basin structure, and waterline. o Asphalt preparation and placement. o Concrete foundation c/w reinforcing, slab-on-grade, and rigid insulation. o Wood frame construction including walls, sheathing and pre-engineered roof trusses. o Building envelope and openings including aluminium windows, overhead doors, insulated metal doors, frames, & hardware, batt insulation, vapour barrier, air barrier, metal siding c/w all accessories, and asphalt shingles c/w all trims, soffits, and accessories. o Heat pump. o Interior floor drains and piping. o Clean-up all and reinstatement of disturbed areas. o Work as indicated on the below drawings: o C01 Site Plan o A01 Floor Plan and Sections o A02 Elevations o A03 Details and Schedules o Delivery and disposal fees. Electrical including service entrance, lighting, and wiring devices, will be completed by others. The successful contractor is to complete the foundation on or before October 31, 2024 substantially complete all work on or before March 31, 2025.
