Structural components including lumber and angles and beams and rails and posts and grating and rod and profiles and plates and foils and channels Tubes tubing and tube fittings including welded tubes and seamless tubes and extruded tubes and rubber and plastic tubing and iron tubes Signage and accessories including flags and flagpoles and parts and accessories and identification documents and tags and labels Salt Lake City Corporation ("City") is soliciting competitive sealed bids from suppliers to provide sign posts for the City's Streets Division. Bid award will be by written purchase order, and upon receipt of the written purchase order. Contractor shall be obligated to comply with all terms, conditions and provisions set forth in this solicitation. The responsibility for failure to study and correctly interpret these specifications shall rest solely with the contractor. The award from this bid will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this solicitation, to waive any informality or technicality, or to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
