Site work for a water / sewer project in Salt Lake City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project is located on 700 North between 2200 West and Redwood Road and 600 North between Catherine Street and 800 West. The sewer main west of Redwood Road is in poor condition and requires rehabilitation. The sewer main east of Redwood Road will be rehabilitated also, in advance of the City Engineering Roadway Reconstruction project. The 21 main west of Redwood Road has cracks and fractures throughout and is broken. Rehabilitation of approximately 10,775 feet of 8, 10, 18, 21, and 30-inch sanitary sewer collection pipelines utilizing CIPP (Cured-In-Place Pipe) and open-cut construction of point repairs. Question Submission Close Date 6/25/2024 2:00 PM MDT Bid Security amount must equal 5 percent of the total amount of the Bid. The Work will be Substantially Complete within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any bid if OWNER deems it to be in its best interest.
