BCSD is seeking bids for Roof project on Beaver High Schools KT Gymnasium. Beaver County School District is sending out an Invitations to Bid (ITB) to place a new roofing
membrane over the existing membrane. The existing metal flashings, roof crickets, and roof drains
are to be reused. The project site is at Beaver High School KT Gymnasium. This project will consist of placing a new roof membrane over the existing roofing membrane and drip
edge as required. The existing metal flashing, roof crickets, and roof drains will be reused. The
membrane roofing square footage is approximately 23,000 square feet Before submitting a bid, each bidder shall visit the site of work, shall fully inform himself or herself as
to all existing conditions, and take measurements of the project sites.
Bids need to include square footage, what product is being used and all specifications for that
product. A timeline of when work will be started and be completed must also be included in the bid Contractor work on the project should begin immediately following formal award of the bid. The
district would like this project completed as soon as possible. The work must be completed by June
15th, 2025. We will work with the winning bidder to discuss the timeline. Please attach a project
management plan with your proposed start and finish dates to bid. Priority will be given to contractors
that can finish the job in summer or fall of 2024.
