Renovation of a fire / police facility in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
The City of Spruce Grove is looking to improve its energy reduction through the installation of a solar array at the Protective Services Building. We would like to maximize the use of the available space while respecting the need for maintenance of equipment on the roof and the usage of the roof for other functions. The successful contractor will design the system, provide the equipment and install it. They will be responsible for all permits and commissioning. They will also become the Prime Contractor for this project. With the potential for grants for this project to come out this summer, work may be delayed until that possibility is confirmed.
