Site work for a mixed-use development in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The tendered Work includes the provision of all labour, materials and equipment required for: Traffic and pedestrian accommodations; Work site management including temporary construction facilities, fencing and utility hydrovac and coordination; Temporary sewer bypass and water servicing Surface removals (including pavement and concrete); Sanitary sewer replacement including installation of about 400 m of new 250 mm PVC SDR 35 sewer, sanitary sewer service replacement, sewer service reconnections and manhole installations; Cleaning and relining of two (2) sewer services Water main replacement including installation of about 260 m of new 300mm PVC DR 18 water main, AC pipe abandonment and removal, water service replacement and upgrades, hydrant and valve removal and installations; Surface restoration and asphalt paving, including granular material, various types of curb and gutter, sidewalks, and topsoil and sod.
