Description

Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Spruce Grove, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The project consists of the following work: Replacement of exiting EPDM membrane with new EPDM membrane, and related metal flashings. The work includes related mechanical, electrical and lightning protection work to facilitate replacement of the EPDM membrane. The project will be phased over three (3) years, 2024, 2025 and 2027. Roofing work in 2027 will align with the replacement of the Air Handling Unit on roof area 7.
