Description: 2228 CR 3 Hammond, NY 13646- Scope of Work Items - Furnish and Install various rehabilitation materials and labor to include: Misc. Lead Rehab per LBP Risk Assessment, Seventeen (17) new vinyl replacement windows Two (2) Exterior Doors, Misc. Electric per SOW, Misc. Structural per SOW, New Full Bathroom Downstairs, New Flooring 2 Floor Hallway. Additionally, the Bid will also require new smoke & carbon monoxide detectors per Code. MWBEs and Section 3 contractors are encouraged to apply. The contractor will ensure that to the greatest extent feasible opportunities for training and employment arising in connection with this NYS CDBG-assisted project will be extended to lower-income project area residents. Further, the contractor will, to the greatest extent feasible, utilize business concerns located in or substantially owned by residents of the project area, in the award of contracts and purchase of services and supplies. The attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to lead certifications. The right is reserved to waive any informalities in the Bid and to reject any or all Bids.
