Site work for a civil project in Miller, South Dakota. Completed plans call for site work for a pipeline.
The Project consists of constructing approximately 150,490 feet of 3-inch, 4-inch, and 6-inch diameter gasketed joint polyvinyl chloride pipeline, connections to existing pipelines, cleanouts, road and stream crossings, railroad crossing, oil pipeline crossing, A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in the amount of ten (10) percent of Bidders maximum Bid Price Condition or by a certified check . The requirements for bidders and contractors under this regulation which concerns utilization of Disadvantaged/Minority Business Enterprises (DBE/MBE) and Womens Business Enterprises (WBE) are explained in the contract documents. The goal for MBE is 1% of the total dollar value of the project. The goal for WBE is 4% of the total dollar value of the project. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids
