The City of Avondale invites Quotes for covert LED cobra head street light fixtures equipped with integrated surveillance capabilities in accordance with the specifications and provisions contained in this Request for Quotations ("RFQ"). Deadline for Questions:June 10, 2024, 5:00pm 1. Covert LED Camera: The fixture should incorporate a covert LED camera seamlessly integrated into a GE Evolve II fixture to match the existing fixtures in the City of Avondale. 2. PTZ Camera: Utilize a Panasonic i-Pro WV-S61301-Z2 PTZ or equivalent camera for surveillance purposes. 3. Dual Band Router: Utilize a Sierra Wireless RV 55 dual band router or equivalent for seamless connectivity. 4. Mounting: The PTZ camera should be mounted on top of the fixture in a covert manner, utilizing a single dome for concealment. 5. Utilization of Standard Fixture Parts: The covert camera should utilize the standard internal parts of the LED light functionality for seamless integration. 6. Antenna: Utilize a Mobile Mark CVL-WLF-2C-BLK-24 or equivalent antenna for optimal signal reception. 7. Materials: All internal brackets and mounts must be machined aluminum for durability and longevity. 8. Power Supply: The complete assembly should be compatible with 100-240 volts AC power supply. 9. Circuit Protection: Incorporate circuit breaker protection for internal parts to ensure safety and reliability. 10. Power Supply: Utilize a Mean Well IRM-60-12ST or equivalent power supply for efficient operation. 11. Dusk to Dawn Sensor: Relocate the dusk to dawn sensor internally within the fixture to enhance covert visibility to the general public. 12. Covert Appearance: The covert camera assembly must appear as a standard LED street light fixture to maintain discretion.
