MBLL requires qualified Contractors for the provision of snow clearing and removal services for three properties in Winnipeg. The work will include all supervision, labour, equipment, materials, and fuel required to complete the work to the performance standards detailed herein. Contractors may bid on one or more than one package, however MBLL may not award more than one package to the same Contractor. Contractors wishing to bid on more than one package are required to indicate their order of preference. MBLL will consider this in awarding the work. Employers' Liability Insurance (for employees not covered under the Workers' Compensation Act or similar legislation) shall be required with a limit of not less than $5,000,000 per occurrence.
