Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in Perryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

The project shall consist of the construction of a 20' x 30' pavilion 10' tall, to include minimum 4" concrete slab, 29-gauge metal roof (color to be selected by county). The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. Standard features included and must meet Build America Buy America (BABA) requirements. Site prep will be completed by prior under a separate contract. Project site located at Veterans Memorial Park Legion Lake in Perryville, MO. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. State wage rates and Build America Buy America (BABA) will apply. The Sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938. The Work Hours Act of 1962 and Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also apply. This is a federally funded project, all relevant federal, state, and local requirements apply. The County of Perry is an Equal Opportunity Employer and invites the submission of bids from minority and women-owned firms.
