Demolition and site work for a civil project in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on December 19, 2024. The Pumping Plant Station Site Construction will include site preparation, pipe installation, installation of the lake fill system, electrical improvements, start up with the assistance of the Pump Manufacturer. Work is planned for the late winter and early spring of 2025. Anticipated delivery of the pump station in February 2025. Great Parks desires for the pump station to be operational by April 7, 2025. Contractor shall have experience in irrigation and or municipal water pipe installation with at least 5 years experience. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The Payment and Performance Bond if not included with the Bid Any questions regarding the bid must be received by Monday November 18, 2024 by 10 am. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION DATE: The Contractor shall substantially complete work before April 7, 2025. This shall mean the Pumping Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
