The project shall consist of the construction of a CXT Cortez (or approved equal) prefabricated two (2) single user flush restroom. Dimensions of restroom are to be approximately 10' 3" in width, 17' 0" in length, and 9' 10" in height. Standard features included and must meet Build America Buy America (BABA) requirements. Additional features to be included are timed electric lock system. Prefab restroom to be offloaded and set up by contractor. Contractor to provide shop drawing submittals for final approval. Site prep will be completed prior under a separate contract. Located at Legion Lake, Veterans Memorial Park in Perryville, MO. Conditional proposals will not be accepted. State wage rates and Build America Buy America (BABA) will apply. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount, form, and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Sponsor hereby notifies all bidders that this contract is subject to applicable labor laws, non-discrimination provisions, wage rate laws and other federal laws including the Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938.
