Renovation of a transportation facility in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The work under this contract is to provide and furnish and/or install all labor, materials and equipment, as may be required to complete the work as described in these documents to replace the roof located at the Washington State Patrol Hangar at 7525 Old Highway #99 SW in Tumwater, WA which is approximately 9,900 square feet. Work for this project generally includes removal of existing roof covering membrane, Thermal Systems insulation (Above deck), Sheet metal copings and perimeter sheet metal cladding at parapet wall level. Rood deck will be evaluated once roofing system has been removed. The Port of Olympia will send a representative to be on site to determine any deck replacement due to water damage once the roofing is removed. Furnish and Installation of new Rigid insulation, PVC Single ply membrane, PVC membrane roof marquis lettering and sheet metal wall copings on a wood framed Building at the Port of Olympia Tumwater Airport.
