Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development; for site work for a residential development; and water / sewer project.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: interior ren- ovations of 24 units, overlaying new siding, replace storm drain system, and landscaping. Cost estimate range: $3.2 MM to $3.5 MM. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. (5%) of the combined Base Bid and all alternates, and made pay- able to the Housing Authority of Thurston County. This Contract is subject to Washington State Prevailing Wage requirements. The HATC reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and in particular, to reject a Bid not accompanied by the required Bid Security or data required by the Bidding Documents, or a bid in any way late, incomplete or irregular.
