Demolish existing sawdust collector and ductwork system. Provide new sawdust collector and associated accessories, new ductwork system, and associated control wiring. Demolish existing power and control systems associated with existing sawdust collector. Provide new power and control wiring for the new sawdust collector, accessories, and woodworking equipment. Connect existing fire alarm system to the new spark detector system. Provide new housekeeping pad for the sawdust collector; steel structure and new roof over the sawdust collector. Engineer's estimate is $283,000 BID SECURITY: A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any.
