The Contractor shall perform work as per the following specifications (the Deliverables) for the Mayan Temple Waterfall Waterproofing (the Project) as required by the Toronto Zoo as represented by its Project Manager (the Zoo) to complete the Project. - Prepare Lower Waterfall Reservoir for Waterproofing membrane installation - Concrete repairs (cracks, loose parging) - Pressure wash concrete - Pump out standing water - Cut and remove 2" fence posts in Lower Waterfall Reservoir. Ensure all sharp edges are removed - Install new 60mil EPDM membrane with bonding adhesive. - Install new seam tape over seams and laps. - Install new termination bar with sealant pinned to concrete wall (not over parapet for esthetics). - Seal around one pipe inlet. - Clean up work area and leave in a presentable condition. Tentative Schedule Work only from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Working Days, unless otherwise specified by the Zoo, continuously to minimize exhibit downtime and disturbing guest experience. Provide a Detailed Construction Schedule to Zoo within five (5) Working Days after award in a satisfactory format. The Schedule shall reflect completion of work within the specified time in accordance with the drawings and specifications herein. If Contractor desires a major change in method of operation after commencing construction, or if actual progress is straying from the Schedule, submit a Revised Detailed Schedule for approval prior to beginning revised operation.
