The Contractor shall perform work as per the following specifications (the "Deliverables") for the Mayan Temple Waterfall Valve Replacement Project (the "Project") as required by the Toronto Zoo as represented by its Project Manager (the "Zoo") to complete the Project. Project Particulars Excavate and expose current valve. Evaluate condition of current iron pipe. Replace 12" Valve on pipe from the Upper Waterfall Reservoir at Mayan Temple that feeds to Lower Waterfall Reservoir. Toronto Zoo to supply a new valve and valve box. Backfill and clean up work area and leave in a presentable condition. Tentative Schedule Work only from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Working Days, unless otherwise specified by the Zoo, continuously to minimize exhibit downtime and disturbing guest experience. Provide a Detailed Construction Schedule to Zoo within five (5) Working Days after award in a satisfactory format. The Schedule shall reflect completion of work within the specified time in accordance with the drawings and specifications herein. If Contractor desires a major change in method of operation after commencing construction, or if actual progress is straying from the Schedule, submit a Revised Detailed Schedule for approval prior to beginning revised operation.
