Wapato School District requests statement of qualifications (SOQ) from Progressive Design-Builders for the replacement of PACE High School, Camas and Satus Elementary Schools Construction Project using the procurement permitted under Chapter 39.10 of the RCW, as amended, for selected school projects for public works contracting in lieu of sealed bids. The project consists of building a new school facility that will house all PACE High School students, and a new school facility to house all students in both the Camas and Satus Elementary Schools. The project construction budget is approximately $56 million inclusive of hard and soft costs. Design is anticipated to begin in September 2024. Early Construction Packages are anticipated to begin May/June 2025 with total project substantial completion estimated to be by Fall of 2028.
