The City of Jackson's Department of Planning and Development's Neighborhood Services Division (NSD) is accepting Proposals for a Consultant to facilitate NSD's Community Cleanup Initiative and the Neighborhood Improvement Grant Program. The Consultant shall meet the professional qualifications and demonstrate the ability to implement the goals, objectives, and tasks outlined in the NSD Community Cleanup Initiative and the Neighborhood Improvement Program.
