The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Demolition, Civil, and Landscape construction. B. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. 1. Project type: Exterior and interior remodeling. 2. Project size: Existing exterior patio area and adjacent interior cafeteria area. 3. Work needs to be phased to allow for continuous operation of the adjacent interior building cafeteria area by the owner and to allow for asbestos abatement by the Owners contractor intermittent with General Construction, and also procurement of materials by the General Contractor. 4. Concrete patio replacement. 5. Patio doors and sidelights replacement. 6. Waterproofing repairs at basement wall below patio doors. 7.
