Ramsey County, through the Property Management Department, seeks a prime contractor to provide all supplies, equipment, material, labor and incidentals for the Ramsey County Courthouse/City of Saint Paul City Hall Chilled Water System Improvements Project. Procurement Specialist Email: Karen.Bollinger@co.ramsey.mn.us Notice of Intent to Award: Week of September 09, 2024 Ramsey County Courthouse/City of Saint Paul City Hall Chilled Water System Improvements Ramsey County had procured the professional services of KFI Engineers for a cooling loop design that provides a new heat exchanger and circulating pumps to isolate the lower-level air handler cooling coils from the district chilled water loop. The design scope for this loop includes heat exchanger and pump redundancy for the new chilled water loop At the Ramsey County Courthouse/City of Saint Paul City Hall, building cooling is provided through District Energy chilled water mains, which enter through the basement level of the building. On the mezzanine level, one heat exchanger isolates the upper floor air handling unit (AHU) cooling coils from the district loop, while the data center and lower-level AHU cooling coils are connected to the district energy cooling loop without a heat exchanger.
