Renovation of a multi-residential development in Saint Paul, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Provide all skilled labor, materials, tools, equipment, permits, supervision, and off-site disposal necessary to complete the specified L.E.D lighting upgrades project at Iowa Hi-rise. 2. All bidders shall be responsible to review site conditions and gather field measurements prior to bidding. 3. Perform all work in accordance with all applicable State and Local codes. 4. Acceptable Work Hours: o All work outside of dwelling units shall be accomplished between the hours of: i 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday o All work inside dwelling units shall occur between the hours of: i 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with proper 48-hour notice, Monday through Friday o No work will be permitted on nationally recognized holidays, except as specifically allowed by the PHA. 5. See attached drawings for light fixture locations and replacement schedule. 6. Limited on-site parking or storage may be available for the execution of this work; coordinate with the PHA. 7. Repair or replace work deemed unacceptable at no additional cost to the PHA. 8. All work shall be completed before Thursday, October 31, 2024.
