Mountain Home Public Schools is soliciting proposals for the procurement, removal of existing, and installation of 6 new Air Condition units and furnaces for the Mountain Home Kindergarten located at 1310 Post Oak Road in Mountain Home, Arkansas. Requirements: - 6 - 3 ton Air Conditioning Units - 6 - 80,000 BTU Natural Gas 90% Upflow Furnaces - Include Filter Racks - Fresh air will need to be added - i-Wave R Air Ionization added to each unit - An on-site visit is required The successful bidders on all projects that exceed $20,000.00 shall provide the owner a performance bond for 100% of the contract amount.
