Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Victoria, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 50-unit multi-residential development; and for site work for a multi-residential development.

Construction of a second stage supportive housing building. Location: Vancouver Island TIMELINE: Request for Proposals to invite proponents to prepare and submit competitive Proposals to provide BC Housing with the Deliverables is underway. Through this RFP process, BC Housing is seeking to enter into a contract (the "Contract") with an experienced, qualified supplier (the "Supplier") to provide Prime Consultant Services for Second Stage Supportive Housing. The successful Proponent will act as the Lead Architect and coordinating professional, hired by BC Housing. The Architect will be responsible for all stages of project development including massing studies for subdivision, schematic design, design development, construction documents, tendering, (i.e., preparing drawing package and specification, etc.), contract administration during construction closeout and, warranty review phase. *Proponents must submit a signed Appendix 11 - Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to obtain information about site location. No submission will be accepted from proponents who did not submit the signed NDA. Deadline for Questions: 14 June 2024 @2:00PM PST Deadline for issuing addenda: 21 June 2024. Construction budget is unreleased.
