Special Inspections & Testing for EQ & Upsizing Projects. bid portal will be open for vBid by June 19, 2024. Site Directions: There are multiple sites at which the services will be performed. Description: SD1 is seeking proposals from qualified firms who can provide a full-time inspector for these three site improvements. The qualified firm would ensure that the site has the appropriate inspector onsite for the applicable construction activity occurring. The laboratory testing services, Special Inspection services, and Construction Inspection services provided will be as defined in the RFP as well as in the contract documents provided. The Construction Inspector shall report to the SD1 Project Manager. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
