Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Cincinnati, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.

Glenwood Gardens Woodland Walk & Patio Renovation, located at 10397 Springfield Pike Cincinnati, Ohio 45215, as set forth in the Drawings and Specifications. The work includes the replacement of elevated deck walk, elevated bridge deck, concrete patio, retaining wall replace/repair, iron fence, and other associated site work as described in the documents. This project is to be awarded following Great Parks Board Meeting on July 18, 2024. The site will be available for start of construction the week of July 22, 2024, with an anticipated substantial completion of 5 months (December 23, 2024) from date of Notice to Proceed. Proposals shall be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty and Performance Bond meeting the requirements of Sec. 153.54 & 153.571 O.R.C. executed by a surety company authorized to do business in the State of Ohio in the full amount of the proposal, including add alternates. In lieu of a bid bond, a certified check may be substituted, payable to the Owner in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the proposal amount, including add alternates. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the bid opening date. Great Parks of Hamilton County reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
