The contractor shall furnish, but is not necessarily limited to, all necessary personnel, material, equipment, services and facilities required for the satisfactory completion, improvement and construction of all items at the project site as indicated on the drawings and specified herein. This work must include the improvements and construction of all or a portion of the following items: o Aggregate surfacing approximately 3.6 miles of the Nahma Grade for a total of 4,900 cubic yards (~5,950 tons) of 3" minus crusher run aggregate. 2. BACKGROUND/PURPOSE This is a new mutli-use trail development project to provide ORV, snowmobile, and non motorized connectivity to the community of Nahma from recreational trails to the north of US-2. The grade has been cleared of trees and stumps leaving a sandy trail surface that must be surfaced with sub-base prior to gravel capping. 3" minus crusher run type aggregate will be a good surface material for the sandy trail surface, further erosion and surface deterioration is expected if ignored.v
