Reference Number 0000354907 Job Location: Buchanan Park Recreation Center, 32003 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO 80439. Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) invites qualified companies (Respondents) to submit their proposals for the BPRC Aquatics Play Features and Pool Surface Project to include the installation of 5 new Vortex Aquatic Play features picked by the District, to include all required plumbing and concrete work needed for the installation of the new aquatic play features and the resurfacing of the pool surface area with a Diamond-Brite material. Selected respondent and all subcontractors shall conform to all applicable building codes, and shall secure all necessary building permits for the project. August 22, 2024 Project Begins The successful Respondent will be awarded a Service Agreement on July 31 2024. The intention is for the project to be complete by October 31, 2024. The District reserves the right to reject any and/or all proposals, and to waive or decline to waive irregularities in any submittal.
