Reference Number 0000364276 Evergreen Park & Recreation District (EPRD) invites qualified companies (Respondents) to submit their proposals for the EPRD Trash & Recycling Services to provide trash and recycling services at the following District Facilities on the schedule listed in Scope or Work. Selected respondent and all subcontractors shall conform to all applicable building codes, and shall secure all necessary building permits for the project. Location Where Work Will Be Performed The project location(s) are as follows: Buchanan Park Recreation Center, 32003 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen.CO 80439, Wulf Recreation Center, 5300 S Olive Road, Evergreen, CO 80439, Parks Operations Building, 1521 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen, CO 80439, Miller House, 32004 Ellingwood Trail, Evergreen, CO 80439 and the Evergreen Lake House, 29612 Upper Bear Creek Road, Evergreen, CO 0439. The scope of work for this RFP, EPRD Trash & Recycling Services Project, encompasses the following: Buchanan Park Recreation Center, one (1) 3-yard trash front end load container picked up once a week and one (1) 2-yard recycle front end load container picked up once every other week. Wulf Recreation Center, one (1) 6-yard trash front end load container picked up once a week and one (1) 2-yard recycle front end load container picked up once every other week. Park Operations Building, two (2) 6-yard trash front end load containers picked up once a week and one (1) 6-yard recycle front end load container picked up once a week. Miller House, one (1) 2- yard trash front end load container picked up once a week and one (1) 2-yard recycle front end load container picked up once every other week. Evergreen Lake House, one (1) 6-yard trash front end load container picked up twice a week (Mondays & Fridays) and one (1) 6-yard recycle front end load container picked up once a week. Cost for the use of 96-gallon totes (trash & recycling), additional tips, overage charge and container delivery charge, and recycling standards. The service agreement will run from January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025.
