Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Evergreen, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Reference Number 0000373838, CDOT PC 24120 This project consists of roadway improvements to Jefferson County JC 73 ("JC 73") and Little Cub Creek Road in the town of Evergreen Colorado. The roadway improvements begin approximately 500 LF south of the intersection of JC 73 and Little Cub Creek Road and continue north for approximately 1,900 LF, ending just south of the intersection of JC 73 and SH 74. Little Cub Creek Road improvements start at JC 73 and continue east for approximately 200 LF. Improvements include the following: Improvements include: Minor widening of JC 73 through the length of the project to include paved walkway shoulder. Replacement of the Little Cub Creek Road bridge with a concrete box culvert. Construction of block retaining wall north of Little Cub Creek Road to facilitate widening of JC 73. Construction of drainage improvements (new storm sewer pipe, manholes, and inlets). Construction of two parking facilities on JC 73 just south of Little Cub Creek Road and across from Evergreen Fire Rescue Station #1. Planing and asphalt overlay of JC 73. The Contractor shall install and manage any dewatering or creek diversion necessary for the construction of the retaining walls or structures. The Contractor shall coordinate with all utilities and construct the necessary sanitary adjustments. The Contractor is responsible for all necessary traffic control measures during construction and for reducing and minimizing the impacts to traffic. The Contractor is to coordinate any impacts with Jeffco Schools, Evergreen Fire Rescue, Jeffco Sheriff's Office, and other local stakeholders.
