Construction is expected to begin in March of 2026. *Previous solicitation listed below for reference:* Reference Number 0000366978 Job Location: 1802 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen CO The Evergreen Fire Protection District, dba Evergreen Fire/Rescue seeks proposals for the remodel of and addition to its existing fire/EMS station located at 1802 Bergen Parkway in Evergreen, Colorado. Conceptual Plans have been completed and are included along with the RFP for this work. The Evergreen Fire Protection District, a quasi-municipal corporation and political subdivision of State of Colorado expects to engage a qualified firm or team for the Design, the Preconstruction and Project Management, and as the General Contractor during the construction and remodel of an existing fire station located at 1802 Bergen Parkway in Evergreen, Colorado. The project will be based upon the conceptual design provided by the District. The project will include the architectural design and construction document phase, a preconstruction phase where guaranteed maximum price (GMP) should be determined, and the construction and remodel phase of Evergreen Fire/Rescue Station 2. The station is located at 1802 Bergen Parkway, Evergreen, CO. The apparatus currently housed at this station will remain. Apparatus bays will not be reconfigured. The station must be continuously in use by 24-hour staff during construction and proposals should include possible temporary workspace for the staff.
