General Requirements - Bid Deposit Required - Installation Required - Insurance Required Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 5 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Payment Bond 100 % All proposals with certified check, cashier's check or bidder's bond shall be delivered to the City Clerk at the Wyandotte City Hall, 3200 Biddle Avenue, Suite 100, Wyandotte, Michigan. Additional work outside the designated area will be provided to the contractor and must be completed within 60 days after receiving additional work. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and also to waive any formal defect in bids when deemed for the best interest of the City.
