Reference Number 0000354868 Job Location: Boulder Project will demolish (18) existing concrete balconies that are structurally supported through attachment to the existing building structure of Newton Court buildings 2J, 2K & 2L per construction documents prepared by Martin/Martin Inc. These balconies will be replaced with a railing directly attached to the building. Scope include any interior, electrical or plumbing work. Question Deadline 07/22/2024 at 2:00 PM MT Questions are submitted online Yes Pre-qualification and inclusion on the select bidders list will be necessary for bidding this project. This pre-qualification process is unique to this project and withstanding other pre-qualification by the State Buildings Division and the University of Colorado, all contractors wishing to bid this project must be as defined in this document.
