Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Boulder, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Reference Number 0000354969 Estimated Construction Cost: $313,200 The goal of this project is to repair and replace about 400 LF of sewer using a mix of cure in place pipelining and spot replacements throughout the sanitary sewer that runs through the engineering courtyard between the ITLL and DLC buildings. Five new manholes will be installed, as well as a few rebuilt or demoed and abandoned. Restoration will include restoring pavers in the pedestrian walkway, and possibly an asphalt grind and overlay on the South end of the project. Scope of work consists of excavation, backfill, pipe installation, manhole installation, CIPP installation and site restoration as detailed in the project plans.
