Tufts and Capen Park Basketball Courts Resurfacing Each Bid shall be submitted in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders and shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in form of a bid bond, or certified check, and/or a treasurers or cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of five (5) percent of the bid. It is the responsibility o prospective proposers to check Online for new information via any addenda to this solicitation. Minimum Wage Rates as determined by the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development under the provision of Massachusetts General Law , as amended, apply to this project. It is the responsibility of the Bidder, before bid opening, to request, if necessary, any additional information on Minimum Wage Rates for those tradespeople who may be employed for the proposed work under this Contract.
