The succesful bidder for this project will be required to obtain Builder's Risk Insurance coverage in a minimum amount equal to the total amount bid for all building facilities included in the contract, and to provide coverage for all existing structures on the job site. On site work will not commence until all requested materials have been acquired and accumulated for inspection by ARDOT. All work must be completed within 60 calendar days of commencement of work
