Approximately 567 square feet of window surface require upgrades. If the bidder does not submit said bidder's bond, certified check, or cashier's check, then the City will not consider your bid. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and also the right to waive any formal defects in bids when deemed in the best interest of the City.
