the City of Flager Beach is Issuing This Invitation to Bid to Solicit Competitive Sealed Bids From Licensed and Insured Contractors For the City of Flagler Beach Modifications to the Wickline Building in Accordance With the Scope of Work in the Specifications. Bids Will Be Received for a Single Prime Contract. Bids Shall Be on A Lump Sum as Indicated in the Bid Form. It is the Bidder's Responsibility to Advise The Finance Director if Any Language, Requirements, Etc., or Any Combination Thereof, Inadvertently Restricts or Limits the Requirements Stated in This Itb. All Applicant S Must Be Properly Licensed and Show Proof of Insurance, Licenses, and Certificates as Required by All Local, State of Florida, and Federal Agencies. Successful Applicants Will Obtain All Required Permitting as Previously Stated. The City of Flagler Beach Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids, to Award All or Segments of the Project, and to Waive Any Informality in Bids Received, as May Be in The Best Interest of the City The following general scope of work for this contract and shall include but is not necessarily limited to the following: a. Dewater and clean each manhole or stormwater structure on the in-land side of the indicated outflow pipes. b. Mobilization/demobilization, general requirements and posting of bonds/guarantees and insurance certificates. c. Application and receipt of all applicable permits for the work. d. Per formance of the work in accordance with the Contract documents and applicable City, Local and Stale Building Codes. e. Notification and coordination prior to any temporary closure or limiting access to public streets affected by the work. f.
