As of April 30, 2025, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The engineering services will be in accordance with the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission requirements for the Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund (CWRLF) and will consist of, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Pre-Application with Preliminary Services and WWAC and WPC approval; 2. Preparation of an Environmental Information Document or Categorical Exclusion; 3. Cost Effective Analysis; 4. Designing and preparing plans, specifications, and other contract documents for the Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvements; 5. Construction Management including submittal review, resident observation services, preparation of monthly payment applications, and preparation of monthly project update reports. Each interested engineering firm will be required to submit 6 copies of a statement of qualifications that includes: 1. Identification of the legal name, office location(s), and principal owner(s) or partner(s) of the firm; 2. A statement of the proposer's understanding of the project; 3. A list identifying the location, owner, cost, brief description, and disposition of work which is comparative in nature to the project considered under this proposal; 4. A resume of the qualifications and experience of each member of the proposer's staff and any other technical consultants who may be employed for this project.
