A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** The scope of work consists of the addition of approximately 1,200 L.F. of HDPE, RCP and HERCP storm drainage pipes, 1,100 L.F. of grass-lined and concrete swales, and all appurtenances for a complete installation as shown on the Plans and as specified. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. Bidding Documents may be purchased from the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.. Cost does not include shipping charges. Upon receipt of payment, printed Bidding Documents will be sent via the prospective Bidder's delivery service. The shipping charge amount will depend on the shipping method chosen. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 30 days after the date of bid opening and must provide bid bonds as required. All bidding processes shall be in accordance with State law.
