Description

Site work for a water / sewer project in Jasper, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

The engineering services will be in accordance with the Arkansas Natural Resources Commission requirements for the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (DWSRF) and will consist of, but not be limited to, the following: 1. Pre-Application with Preliminary Services and WWAC and WPC approval; 2. Preparation of an Environmental Information Document or Categorical Exclusion; 3. Cost Effective Analysis; 4. Designing and preparing plans, specifications, and other contract documents for the Water System Improvements; 5. Construction Management including submittal review, resident observation services, preparation of monthly payment applications, and preparation of monthly project update reports.
