The District of Columbia (the "District") Department of General Services ("DGS" or "Department") is issuing this Invitation for Bids ("IFB") to engage a licensed Commercial Roofing Contractor ("Contractor") to provide all labor, material, equipment, site supervision, inspection for the demolition of existing roofing system and removal from site, and the installation of new roofing system (the"Project"). The Project site is at the DC Fire & Emergency Medical Services ("FEMS") Engine Company 32 ("EC32"), located at 500 F Street NW, Washington, DC 20001. The term of the Contract shall be from the date of the CO's execution through December 30, 2024 ("Substantial Completion Date").
