Renovation of a museum in Washington, District of Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Office of Information and Technology of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (hereinafter referred as "USHMM" or "the Museum") is looking to engage an experienced engineering / integration company to implement a modernized audio-visual infrastructure design in the Museum's five classroom/multipurpose, flexible use conferencing spaces (referred to as Classrooms A-D and Portals 2-000A). This work involves the installation of hardware, cabling, software configuration, and control system programming. Companies interested in bidding for this opportunity ("the offerors'') are expected to have demonstrated expertise in implementing systems of a similar kind as described in this request for proposal (RFP). The company selected through this solicitation to carry out the project (''the contractor'') shall build the systems using a detailed set of design documents provided by the Museum. IMPORTANT DATES: A Mandatory Site Visit will be scheduled Monday, June 17, 2024, 9:00 AM - 10:30 AM, we can only accommodate two representatives per Offerror.
