The Town of Winter Park, Colorado, is requesting proposals for engineering services to develop a Stormwater Management Plan. Currently there is no comprehensive Stormwater analysis and planning for the Town as a whole. The Town has limited GIS data and surveying of the existing system. Extensive survey work will be required to facilitate the most accurate hydraulic model. The Scope of Services below details the major tasks and subtasks associated with this project and future work. Timeline - The Town hopes to complete the planning process within an approximate 12-month period, with work beginning in August 2024 and final plan completion by August 2025. The proposals should include a timeline from the initial contract date to completion.
